Dental Implants

bar-vibart-2
Titanium or zirconia dental implants are biocompatible structures that are ideal for replacing anything from a single tooth to your entire set of teeth.
In 99% of our All-on-4 cases, we perform immediate loading, which means that on the very day of your surgery, you’ll leave with a fixed prosthesis that doesn’t cover the roof of your mouth, allowing you to enjoy your food more fully. Say goodbye forever to removable dentures and those annoying adhesives!

Types of Treatments and Their Duration

We offer safe and reliable solutions using conventional or zygomatic implants to restore functionality, aesthetics, and joy to your smile. Procedures such as All-on-4 (or All-on-5 or All-on-6) allow patients to leave with teeth on the very same day of surgery, regaining their confidence and quality of life. The zygomatic implant is used when the patient has insufficient bone in the upper jaw, and our experience positions us as one of the best in Colombia.
All-on-Four:

Permanent Teeth in a Single Day

The All-on-Four technique allows patients to regain a complete smile with four strategically placed implants, onto which a permanent prosthesis is attached to restore both aesthetics and functionality.

Zygomatic Implants:

Solution for Bone Loss

If the patient has significant bone resorption in the upper jaw, zygomatic implants offer an effective solution by anchoring into the malar bone (cheekbones).

Do you have any questions?

How much does a dental implant cost?
To find out the exact price, you must schedule an evaluation appointment, during which a CT scan will be performed to assess the quantity and quality of the bone.
Having insufficient bone is not an obstacle to regaining your smile.
In the lower jaw: We almost always have the necessary structure to place your implants (except in very rare cases involving tumors or severe trauma).

In the upper jaw: If there is bone loss, we have excellent news! We use advanced techniques such as zygomatic implants (anchored in the cheekbone) or pterygoid implants. These alternatives eliminate the need for bone grafts, reducing recovery time, discomfort, and the financial burden on the patient, and our surgeons are experts in performing these advanced techniques.
The implant placement procedure is quick and depends on the practitioner’s experience; however, the time required for the implant to fuse with the bone— osseointegration—is 3 to 6 months in most cases.
The success rate of the treatment is over 95%, depending on bone quality, oral hygiene, and the patient's habits.
